CM Leaves For 12-Days Tour of Two Countries
Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhara Raje left for a tour of Russia and Dubai early Thursday from IGI Airport, New Delhi. The CM will arrive at St. Petersburg (Russia) on first leg of the tour. Deputy Chairman of the CM’s Advisory Council Shri CS Rajan, Principal OSD to CM Shri Arijit Banerjee and other senior officials are also accompanying her.
Industries Minister Shri Gajendra Singh Khinvsar and Urban Development Minister Shri Rajpal Singh Shekhawat along with other officials will join the Chief Minister in different parts of this 12-day tour.
In St. Petersburg, the delegation headed by Smt. Raje will meet officials and experts to hold discussion on tourism and other fields. Director General of Jawahar Kala Kendra Pooja Sood will also be a part of this delegation.
The CM accompanied with Industries Minister Shri Khinvsar and BIP Commissioner Shri Vaibhav Galaria will hold meetings with Russian investors in Yekaterinburg and Moscow to explore investment potential in Rajasthan.
In the later part of her foreign tour, Smt. Raje will leave for Dubai on July 15, where Urban Development Minister Shri Rajpal Singh Shekhawat and Jaipur Development Commissioner Shri Shikhar Agrawal will join her. The CM is scheduled to return back to India on July 18.
On her departure, Parliamentary Secretary Shri Bhairaram Siyol, Chief Resident Commissioner Dr. Savita Anand, Resident Commissioner Shri Rohit Kumar, Additional Resident Commissioner Shri Vimal Sharma and other officials were present at the New Delhi airport.
