Jaipur, December 13. Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhara Raje operated a sewing machine on request of a group of women on Saturday and appreciated their work.

Occasion was the induction of a state-level exhibition ‘Nai Disha, Naya Rajasthan, Aao Saath Chalen’ showcasing the state government’s achievements by the Department of Information and Public Relations, where the CM was the chief guest, on the occasion the first anniversary of her assuming office.

After inauguration of the exhibition, when Smt. Raje visited a stall of Rajasthan Skills Development and Livelihood Mission (RSLDC), the women representatives present there requested the CM to operate a sewing machine. The CM sat on the machine and operated it on a small piece of cloth to put buttons. The women’s group applauded Smt. Raje on her performance. They appreciated the CM for operating the sewing machine as a skilled lady.
