श्रम सुधार की दृष्टि से राजस्थान ने भारत में अग्रणी कार्य किया है। इस हेतु राज्य में प्रचलित प्रासंगिक अधिनियमों/नियमों में आवश्यक संशोधन किये हैं। जिनके माध्यम से श्रम की उत्पादकता व निवेश दोनों की वृद्धि का रोड मेप तैयार हुआ है। राज्य में पहली बार श्रम विभाग की नागरिकोन्मुखी गतिविधियों व विभागीय कार्यो के कम्प्यूटराइजेशन का प्रोजेक्ट LDMS (Labour Department Management System) सभी जिला कार्यालयों के लिए तैयार कर इसका लोकार्पण (Go Live) किया गया है।

प्रदेश में गैर परम्परागत ऊर्जा के उत्पादन तथा सौर ऊर्जा के विकास को प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु नई सौर ऊर्जा नीति, 2014 जारी की गई है। नीति लागू होने के बाद राज्य में 14 हजार मेगावॉट सौर ऊर्जा के उत्पादन तथा 26 हजार मेगावॉट के सोलर पार्क विकसित करने हेतु MoU या Joint Venture Agreements किए गए हैं। अक्षय ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने पर भारत सरकार द्वारा राज्य को पुरस्कृत भी किया गया है। नई सौर ऊर्जा नीति के तहत किसानों को अपनी निजी भूमि को बिना संपरिवर्तन के सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र/सोलर पम्प स्थापित करने की अनुमति दी गई।

राज्य में खनिज जिप्सम केवल राज्य उपक्रमों द्वारा खनन हेतु वर्ष 1980 से आरक्षित किया हुआ था। अब उद्यमियों को बिना captive use की शर्त और किसानों को अपने खेत में उपलब्ध जिप्सम के खनन के लिए, अन्य प्रधान खनिजों की तरह पट्टा दिये जाने की व्यवस्था की गयी है। राज्य की खनिज सम्पदा के पर्याप्त दोहन एवं खनन उत्पादकता में वृद्धि के लिए नई खनन नीति-2015 जारी की गयी है। उक्त नीति में पर्यावरण व धारणीय (Sustainable) विकास के राष्ट्रीय मानदण्डों को सम्मिलित किया गया है। खनिज पट्टों के आवंटन में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए आवेदन से आवंटन तक की समस्त प्रक्रिया का कंप्यूटरीकरण किया गया।

वर्षा जल, सतही जल, भू-जल तथा soil moisture उवपेजनतम पर आधारित four water concept के तहत साबरमती, लूणी, पश्चिमी बनास तथा सूकली बेसिन में 115 माईक्रो सिंचाई परियोजनाओं का निर्माण कर 5 हजार 265 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में अतिरिक्त सिंचाई सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाये जाने का प्रावधान किया गया है। अब तक 89 माईक्रो सिंचाई परियोजनाओं हेतु 472.84 करोड़ रूपये स्वीकृत किये गये है। जलग्रहण विकास विभाग के साथ अन्य विभागों द्वारा कराए जा रहे four water concept आधारित कार्य भी Rajasthan River Basin Authority की देखरेख में कराए जाने हैं। पूरे राज्य में पेयजल की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए Rajasthan Drinking Water Grid की स्थापना की जा रही है।

राजस्थान में राज्य सरकार ने पहली बार ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर राजस्व लोक अदालतों का आयोजन करने का निर्णय लेते हुये अब तक करीब 5000 ग्राम पंचायतों में दिनांक 18.05.15 से लोक अदालतों का आयोजन कर 12 लाख से अधिक राजस्व प्रकरणों का निष्पादन किया है एवं करीब 2 लाख 20 हजार राजस्व मुकदमों का निस्तारण किया है, जो एक अभूतपूर्व उपलब्धि है।

राज्य में निवेश को बढ़ावा देने हेतु नई राजस्थान निवेश प्रोत्साहन योजना-2014 (RIPS-2014) राज्य में 8 अक्टूबर, 2014 से लागू की गयी है। पूर्व में उपलब्ध मैन्युफैक्चरिंग एवं सर्विस सेक्टर के साथ-साथ शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, स्किल इत्यादि सेवा क्षेत्रों में निवेश करने पर पूंजीगत निवेश में सम्मिलित वेट पर छूट, निवेश अनुदान के रूप में दी जाएगी। डेयरी, प्लास्टिक से पैट्रोल बनाने वाले एवं सिरेमिक उद्योगों को बढावा देने लिए विशेष प्रावधान। बड़े तथा अधिक रोजगार सृजित करने वाले एवं फार्मास्युटिकल उद्योगों तथा सेवाओं के लिए कस्टोमाइज्ड पैकेज का प्रावधान। इण्डस्ट्रीयल गैसेज सेन्टर, ट्यूरिज्म सेक्टर, वस्त्र उद्योग, इलेक्ट्रोनिक सिस्टम एवं डिजाईन मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्षेत्र में निवेश को प्रोत्साहन। राज्य के पिछड़े भौगोलिक क्षेत्रों व थ्रस्ट सेक्टर्स में विनियोजन को बढ़ावा देने हेतु विशिष्ठ नीतियां एवं प्रोत्साहन।

- राज्य में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से पर्यटन नीति-2015 को दिनांक 3.6.2015 को लागू किया गया है।
- RIPS-2014 के अन्तर्गत Tourism sector को देय लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए Hotel या Motel में निवेश की न्यूनतम सीमा को 5 करोड़ रुपये से घटाकर 2 करोड़ रुपये करते हुए Resort तथा Convention Center को भी इस श्रेणी में शामिल किया गया।
- Tourism sector की enterprises को conversion charges तथा development charges में शत-प्रतिशत छूट दी गई।
- राज्य में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से off-season (तीन माह) में देय विलासिता कर में शत-प्रतिशत की छूट।

- राजस्थान की ऐतिहासिक धरोहर व संस्कृति, सभ्यता, गौरवशाली इतिहास के संरक्षण तथा इनके विकास हेतु राजस्थान धरोहर संरक्षण एवं प्रौन्नति प्राधिकरण का पुनर्गठन किया गया है।
- प्रदेश के प्रमुख धार्मिक स्थलों का यात्रियों की सुविधा हेतु सेवायें विकसित करने एवं ऐसे स्थलों का जीर्णोद्धार करने के लिए मास्टर प्लान बनाकर विकास कार्य कराये जा रहे है। राज्य में टैम्पल टाउन अधिनियम बनाकर तीर्थाटन के विकास का निर्णय लिया गया है। इसके अंतर्गत कुल देवताओं के धर्मस्थलों के विकास करने तथा राज्य के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में स्थित देवस्थान विभाग के एवं विभिन्न पंजीकृत प्रन्यासों द्वारा प्रबंधित एवं नियंत्रित जन आस्था के 38 प्रमुख धर्मस्थलों को चिन्हित किया गया है।
- प्रदेश में अजमेर, भरतपुर, चित्तौड़गढ़, कोटा, झालावाड़, जोधपुर, पाली, बीकानेर, सीकर एवं जैसलमेर के राजकीय संग्रहालयों तथा जवाहर कला केन्द्र एवं रविन्द्र मंच के विकास कार्य करवाये जा रहे हैं।

प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत मुख्यालय पर 0.5 से 2 किमी लम्बी सड़क का चयन कर कंक्रीट सड़क व नाली निर्माण के तहत प्रथम चरण में 2154 ग्राम पंचायत मुख्यालयों में 2119 किमी लम्बाई की ग्रामीण गौरव पथ सड़कों का निर्माण प्रारंभ किया गया है। अब तक 180 ग्राम पंचायत मुख्यालयों पर कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। 104 करोड़ रूपये व्यय कर 368 किमी लम्बाई में ग्रामीण गौरव पथ का निर्माण किया गया है।

गत 18 माह में 53 हजार नियमित नियुक्तियाँ दी गई तथा लगभग 90 हजार पदों पर भर्ती की जा रही है।

प्रदेश की महिलाओं, युवाओं एवं विशेष योग्यजन के स्वरोजगार व कौशल विकास हेतु राजस्थान कौशल एवं आजीविका विकास निगम द्वारा तीन योजनाओं क्रमशः रोजगारपरक लघु अवधि प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम ¼ELSTP½, नियमित कौशल प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम व पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल योजना कार्यक्रम चलाये जा रहे हैं। विभिन्न आर्थिक क्षेत्रों से संबंधित विभिन्न ट्रेडों के प्रशिक्षण हेतु ELSTP के अंतर्गत 65 एजेंसियों एवं 5 इंडस्ट्री पार्टनर के साथ MOU किए जा चुके हैं। राजस्थान कौशल एवं आजीविका विकास निगम द्वारा लगभग 70485 युवाओं को विभिन्न ट्रेड्स में प्रशिक्षित किया गया है। 28433 युवाओं को विभिन्न निजी क्षेत्र की संस्थानों में रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान किए गये है। रोजगार के पर्याप्त अवसर उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए । Apprenticeship Act 1961 में आवश्यक संशोधन किए गए। ITEES सिंगापुर के साथ उदयपुर राजकीय ITI को hospitality क्षेत्र में अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर के कौशल प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र के रूप में विकसित करने का कार्य प्रारंभ किया गया है। Toyota, Samsung, Caterpillar व अन्य उद्योगों के साथ ITIs में उद्योग आधारित कार्यक्रम प्रारंभ किये जा रहे हैं।

- जन-समस्याओं की सुनवाई हेतु 248 पंचायत समितियों में विडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग सुविधा प्रारंभ कर दी गई है।
- ई-मित्र केन्द्रों के माध्यम से प्रदान की जाने वाली विभिन्न सेवाओं की संख्या 135 एवं केन्द्रों की संख्या 13 हजार की गई है। प्रत्येक पंचायत पर एक ई-मित्र केन्द्र सुनिश्चित करते हुए प्रदेश में केन्द्रों की संख्या 15 हजार की जाएगी। 2000 ई-मित्र केन्द्रों को बैंकों के Business Correspondent बनाया गया है।

सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली का end to end computerisation किया जा रहा है। PDS Shops पर आने वाले प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को उसके entitlement के अनुसार देय सामग्री का वितरण PoS (point of sales) machine के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं सभी गरीब परिवारों के वित्तीय समावेशन के लक्ष्य की पूर्ति हेतु वर्ष 2008 में भामाशाह योजना प्रारम्भ की गई थी। पुनः भामाशाह योजना में लैंगिक समानता, वित्तीय समावेशन एवं परिवार आधारित लाभों को सम्मिलित करते हुए और विस्तृत कवरेज के साथ भामाशाह योजना 2014 दिनांक 15 अगस्त, 2014 से लागू की गई है। इसके अन्तर्गत परिवार के सभी सदस्यों को सम्मिलित किया जाकर समग्र डाटाबेस तैयार किया जा रहा है, जिसका उपयोग सभी राजकीय विभागों हेतु हो सकेगा। सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ सीधा एवं शीघ्र लाभार्थी तक पहुचाने में भामाशाह योजना 2014 मील का पत्थर साबित होगी। भामाशाह कार्ड को आधार, जनधन व मोबाइल नम्बर सेवा से जोड दिया गया है। इसमें व्यक्ति के साथ-साथ परिवार का भी पृथक पहचान नम्बर दिया गया है। प्रदेश में इस योजना के तहत अब तक 73.77 लाख परिवारों तथा 2 करोड 35 लाख निवासियों का नामांकन किया जा चुका है। विभिन्न बैंकों के Rupay Card को इससे cobrand किया गया है। भामाशाह योजना के माध्यम से राशनकार्ड, पेंशन, उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा के लिए छात्रवृत्ति एवं नरेगा भुगतान के लाभार्थियों को सम्मिलित कर लिया गया है।

राज्य सरकार ने एक अनूठा ‘सरकार आपके द्वार’ कार्यक्रम प्रारम्भ किया है। राज्य की मुख्यमंत्री एवं मंत्रीगण संभागों के गांव-गांव तक जाकर आम-जन की परेशानियां सुनते हैं और जहां तक संभव हो, उनका त्वरित गति से हल निकालने का प्रयास करते हैं। आमजन की समस्याओं के शीघ्र, सरल और व्यवस्थित समाधान के लिए ‘राजस्थान सम्पर्क’ पोर्टल विकसित किया गया। गत 18 माह में 4 लाख 74 हजार प्रकरण पोर्टल पर प्राप्त हुए जिनमें से 3 लाख 88 हजार प्रकरणों का निस्तारण किया गया।

राज्य सरकार ने पंचायती राज संस्थाओं को स्वायत्ता व आर्थिक विकेन्द्रीकरण के साथ गुणवत्ता को सम्मिलित करने का प्रयोग किया है। पंचायतीराज संस्थाओं के विभिन्न पदों के लिए चुनाव लड़ने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए शिक्षा संबंधी योग्यता निर्धारित की गई है। जिससे वर्ष 2015 में शिक्षित सदस्यों की संख्या में दुगुनी से तिगुनी वृद्धि हुई है। राज्य में पंचायतीराज संस्थाओं का 20 वर्ष बाद पुनर्गठन कर 47 नयी पंचायत समितियों एवं 723 नयी ग्राम पंचायतों का गठन किया गया। पंचायती राज संस्थाओं के चुनाव में भाग लेने वाले प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी के घर में कार्यशील स्वच्छ शौचालय एवं परिवार का कोई भी सदस्य, खुले में शौच नहीं जाए, की अनिवार्यता लागू की गई।

राज्य में MMR and IMR में कमी लाने के उद्देश्य से झालावाड़ एवं सिरोही जिले में मातृ-शिशु स्वास्थ्य की बेहतर सुविधा के लिए टाटा ट्रस्ट तथा अंतरा foundation के साथ MoU किया है। देश के चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, निजी चिकित्सालय, Trusts तथा general practitioners द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में PHCs चलाये जाने के लिए Run a PHC योजना लागू की जा रही है। प्रदेश में सात नये मेडिकल कॉलेजों (अलवर, भरतपुर, चूरू, बाड़मेर, पाली, भीलवाड़ा व डूंगरपुर) की स्थापना हेतु भूमि का आवंटन कर प्रस्ताव केन्द्र सरकार को भिजवा दिये गये हैं एवम केन्द्र सरकार के साथ एम.ओ.यू. हस्ताक्षरित कर लिया गया है। इन कॉलेजों की डी.पी.आर. भारत सरकार की तकनीकि समिति द्वारा अनुमोदित कर दी गयी है।

राजकीय विद्यालयों में कक्षा 1 से 8 में अध्ययनरत विधार्थियों में हिन्दी व अंग्रेजी पढने, लिखने एवं गणित की मूलभूत संक्रियाओं की दक्षता को पूर्ण करने वाले बच्चों को फोकस करते हुए समूह शिक्षण के आधार पर सभी बच्चों में उनकी कक्षाओं की दक्षताओं के अनुरूप लाने के लिए रीडिंग केम्पेन कार्यक्रम संचालित किया गया है। शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता की वृद्धि हेतु शिक्षा अधिकारियों को विद्यालय संचालन एवं गुणवत्ता शिक्षा के लिए सक्रिय एवं संवेदनशील बनाने के लिए विद्यालय पर्यवेक्षण कार्यक्रम ‘‘सम्बलन ‘’ अभियान संपादन किया गया जिसमें विद्यालयों का, राज्य के प्रशासनिक एवं शिक्षा अधिकारियो द्वारा अवलोकन किया गया।

जयपुर शहर की बढ़ती जनसंख्या, वाहन संख्या तथा विस्तार के मध्यनजर जयपुर मेट्रो फेज-1ए के अन्तर्गत 9.72 किमी लम्बाई में मेट्रो निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण किया जाकर दिनांक 03.06.2015 से वाणिज्यिक संचालन प्रारंभ किया गया है।

गौसंवर्धन एवं पंचगव्य के उपयोग को लोकप्रिय बनाने तथा अनुसंधान को बढावा देने, गौशाला विकास एवं संरक्षण तथा अभाव के समय चारे के प्रबंध करने संबंधी कार्य करने हेतु गोपालन विभाग का गठन किया गया है।

जयपुर में बालिकाओं के लिए self defence programme शुरू किया गया है। जिसे राज्य के सभी जिलों में लागू किया जा रहा है।

‘वाहन’ सॉफ्टवेयर माध्यम से वाहन पंजीयन एवं ‘सारथी’सॉफ्टवेयर योजना से लाइसेंस जारी करने का कार्य सभी परिवहन कार्यालयों में प्रारम्भ एवं स्मार्ट कार्ड के माध्यम से ड्राइविंग लाइसेन्स एवं वाहन पंजीयन प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करना प्रारम्भ।

राज्य में Air Taxi Services हेतु निविदाऐं आमंत्रित की गयी है। शीघ्र ही Intra-State Air Taxi Services शुरु की जायेगी।

Rajasthan has initiated pioneering labour reforms to improve the business environment in the state. Necessary amendments have been made in the prevailing relevant Acts/Rules with the vision of creating a roadmap for the growth of both labour productivity and investment.
In a first, the Labour Department launched a project called Labour Department Management System (LDMS) (Labour Department Management System) under which all citizen-related activities and departmental operations were computerized and taken live for all district offices.

To promote production of renewable energy and encourage solar power energy generation in the State, Rajasthan Government has released a new Solar Energy Policy – 2014. After implementation of new Solar Policy, the State has signed MOUs or Joint Venture Agreements for production of 14000 MW of solar energy and development of Solar Parks of 26000 MW capacity. Rajasthan was also awarded for its exceptional efforts in the renewable energy sector. A salient feature in the new solar policy has the provision of allowing farmers to set up solar power plants/ solar pumps on their holdings or to sub-let it without the requirement of land conversion. Rajasthan is poised to establish itself as a leader in solar power generation and a pioneer in providing energy security and sustainable growth to India.

In Rajasthan, mining of mineral gypsum was restricted to State enterprises since 1980. Now, stipulations have been eased and farmers and industries can mine gypsum for captive use. This step has been welcomed widely. For optimal harnessing of mineral wealth and increase in mining productivity, a new Mineral Policy – 2015 has been launched by the State Government that includes the National norms of environment and sustainable development. To ensure transparency in the allocation of mineral leases, the entire process from application to allocation has been computerized.

Provisions have been made to provide additional irrigation facilities for an area of more than 5000 hectares through development of 115 micro-irrigation projects in the Sabarmati, Luni, Western Banas and Sookli basins on the basis of ‘Four Waters Concept’ (rain water, surface water, ground water and soil moisture). Till date a sum of Rs. 472.84 Crores have been granted for development of 89 micro irrigation schemes. Operations based on Four Waters Concept by the Watershed Development Department and others are being conducted under the supervision of Rajasthan River Basin Authority. Rajasthan Drinking Water Grid is being established to ensure the availability of drinking water in the state.

In another first, the Rajasthan Government launched a ‘Nyaay Aapke Dwaar’ (Justice at your Doorstep) campaign on the 18th of May 2015. Till date, more than 12 lakh revenue cases have been taken up and close to 2.20 lacs disputes settled across 5000 Gram Panchayats, which is a phenomenal achievement.

To promote investment in the State, a new Investment Promotion Policy was launched on 8th October 2014. Along with the existing manufacturing and service sectors, investments in social sectors like education, health, skills etc. are being promoted. Special provisions were made to promote Dairy, plastics to petrol and ceramics industries. Provision made to provide Customized packages to large industries that lead to creation of significant employment opportunities.
Incentives for investment in Industrial Gas Complex, tourism sector, textiles, electronic systems manufacturing sector. Specific policies and incentives to promote investment in disadvantaged geographical areas and thrust sectors. -
With the aim of promoting Tourism in the State, a Tourism Unit Policy has been launched on 3rd June 2015.
To avail benefits provided under the RIPS 2015, the investment threshold was reduced from 5 crores to 2 crores for ventures in Hotel/Motel, Resorts and Convention Centres.
Cent percent exemption in conversion charges and development charges for enterprises investing in Tourism sector.
To encourage tourism in the off-season, 100% concession in the luxury tax payable for three months. -
To conserve and develop the heritage, culture and history of the state ‘Rajasthan Heritage Conservation & Promotion Authority’ is being established.
A master plan has been created for restoration and development of prominent religious sites in the State along with developing amenities for the benefit of pilgrims. It has been decided that activities related to development of pilgrimage will be undertaken under the ‘Temple Town Act’ under which 38 major religious sites have been identified.
Development works are underway in the State Museum, Jawahar Kala Kendra and Ravindra Manch as well as at Ajmer, Bharatpur, Chittorgarh, Kota, Jhalawar, Jodhpur, Pali, Bikaner, Sikar and Jaisalmer museums. -
0.5-2 Kms. long concrete road with proper drainage identified at every Gram Panchayat Headquarter. 2119 Kms long ‘Gaurav Paths’ are being constructed across 2154 Gram Panchayat Headquarters in the first phase.

In the last 18 months, selections have been made on 53,000 permanent posts and recruitments are underway and till the year end, a total of 90,000 posts shall be filled.

Rajasthan Skills & Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC Schemes) under various schemes is carrying out large scale skill development programmes in the state. Over 70,000 youths have already been trained in various trends and nearly 30,000 out of them have been absorbed by various industries. RSLDC has 65 private partners and 5 industry partners working with them.
In order to promote apprenticeship in the state, the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 has been suitably amended. RSLDC, in partnership with ITES, Singapore, is creating a World Class skilled center on hospitality in ITI, Udaipur. Similarly, ITIs have been taken up by industries such as; Samsung, Caterpillar and Toyota. -
For redressal of public grievances video conferencing service started across 248 Panchayat Samities.
Over 135 citizen services being provided across 13,000 e-Mitra Centers. This shall be further taken up to 15,000 and 2,000 e-Mitra Kisosks shall operate as business correspondents for banks. -
End to end computerization of PDS is underway. Exercise of rationalization of Ration Cards and issue of new cards is underway in the state.

The Bhamashah Yojana was started in the year 2008 aimed at financial inclusion of poor families. In 2014, it was re-cast and re-launched after ensuring gender equity, financial inclusion and family based entitlement. All the members, if family are covered by the database, on the platform accessible by all departments so that direct transfer of benefits can be done effectively.
Bhamashah Card has been linked to Aadhar, Jan-dhan and Mobile Telephone. Unique Identification Nos. have been allotted. Till now nearly 70 lacs families (more than 2 crores residents) have been brought under this coverage. The Bhamash Card is being co-branded with Rupay Cards of various banks. Under Bhamashah, Ration Cards, Pensions, Scholarships etc. have been included. -
Under the ‘Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ initiative, the entire administration, Chief Minister, Ministers and Officers travelled to villages of three revenue Divisions carrying out public grievance redressal camps. For easy resolution of grievances ‘Rajasthan Sampark Portal’ has been developed. In the last 18 months, 4.74 lacs grievances have been received out of which 3.88 lacs have been resolved.

Educational qualification have been stipulated for those who are willing to contest Panchayati Raj Institutions. As a result, the number of educated members has increased by three fold. The Panchayati Raj Institutions were restructured after 20 years forming 47 new Panchayat Samities and 723 new Gram Panchayats. Clean toilets in the residence of PRI aspirants made compulsory.

With the aim of reducing MMR and IMR in the state, an initiative is underway with the State Government and Tata Trust along with Antara Foundation for the Jhalawar and Sirohi Districts.
‘Run a PHC’ Scheme is being implemented to improve outreach of healthcare services in remote areas. Work is underway to set up seven new Medical Colleges in the state (Alwar, Bharatpur, Churu, Barmer, Pali, Bhilwara and Dungarpur). -
Focused attention is being paid to content development in school curricula aimed at all round learning by children in classes 1 to 8. All the schools are being targeted for improvement in infrastructure.

9.72 Kms. stretch of Jaipur Metro, Phase 1-A, has been completed and commercial operations has started on 3rd June 2015.

A new department (Gopalan) has been created and tasked with the welfare of cattle industries. All efforts are being made for the smooth functioning of ‘Gaushalas’ in the state.

A Self Defence Training Programme has been started for all the girl children in the state.

As a component of e-Governance, all transport department offices are issuing driving licenses electronically. Similarly all registration of vehicles is being done on the e-Platform.

A separate service cadre has been created for the TSP Area.

Efforts are underway to select an appropriate operator through competitive bidding who shall operate Air Taxi services to various destinations within the state.
