Three MoU Signed for Training in Wellness and Driving sectors

Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhara Raje witnessed signing of MoUs for skill development in advanced training to drivers, agriculture, allied healthcare, spa & wellness, nutrition and health education sectors at the CM residence on Tuesday.

On this occasion, the CM emphasized on the state government’s priority of making the youth employable through skill development training. For this, MoUs were being signed in the selected sectors having good demand of skilled labour force, she said.

Smt. Raje said that fitness and wellness was a sector which had huge possibilities for the youth to have good earning employment. This would support the tourism sector as well. She said that high quality training was needed for the professionals joining health-related sectors so that the people’s health was not compromised with.

The CM said that good training was required to be given to the drivers for making roads safe. In view of this, on the occasion of Independence Day at Ajmer, setting-up of driver training centres was announced for all divisional headquarters. Driver training centres are already operational at Sikar and Relmagara, she said.

The state government inked the agreement with Rise India Skills, Mumbai when Secretary Labour, Employment & Entrepreneurship Shri Rajat Mishra signed the MoU on behalf of the government with CEO of Rise India Skills Shri Ajay Chhangani. As per this, training would be given for driving of light, heavy, private and commercial vehicles along with skills for agriculture, horticulture and livestock management.

Managing Director of RSLDC Shri Krishan Kunal signed another MoU on behalf of the state government with Dr. ML Swarnakar of Mahatma Gandhi Health and Technology University, Jaipur for skill development in allied healthcare, spa & wellness, nutrition and health education sectors. Another MoU for these very sectors was signed with Shri Vishwesh Kulkarni of Yashaswi Institute of Technology, Pune. As per this, three training centres would be opened at Jhalwar, Ajmer and Bikaner. This institute would also give training for dialysis assistant and dialysis technician at Biomed Academy, Jhalawar.

Minister of State Labour and Employment Shri Surendra Pal Singh, Chairman of Rise India Shri Ashok Jain and other officers were present on this occasion.
